Who we are

Dr. Leesa Duckworth has a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial and organizational Psychology, along with more than 3 decades of developing and leading individuals and groups spanning single digit-sized teams to over 100. Since the original creation of her tool in 2005 she has mapped and taught several thousand individuals how to experience this mapping process and take the reins of their own development. Over the last 7-years Dr. Duckworth has expanded her focus to including groups, teams, and organizations, using the same tool with an expanded aperture. Dr. Duckworth’s personal aspiration is to help people and organizations understand not only who they can become but how to evolve to generate sustainable alignment.

Dr. Duckworth also has an MS Industrial and Organizational Psychology; MS Organizational Management; MS Organizational Leadership; and will be completing an MS in Project Management with a specialization in Strategy and Innovation in 2026.
